This lot of tea trees is now over 50 years old and has been farmed without any chemicals or fertilizers. Even weeds are pulled manually by the Liao family as their regular weekly outing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTapping into Mr. Liao's thirty-year-long tea-making experience, this black tea is deliciously malty and fruity with a flare of woodsy earthiness. The darker roast brings a sense of calm and ease.
