A taste of the 2026 harvest season. This batch of fresh green tea was harvested and processed just a few short weeks ago, and literally days prior to our departure from Taiwan. Coming back from the sourcing trip, we couldn't resist the urge to bring you a little taste of the new season (via our luggage) while the rest of the bounty makes its way. 

If you are partial to a green tea with a spine, this would be your jam. Similar to last year's harvest, this Dragon Well is fragrant in fresh cut grass and steamed soybeans and is accompanied by a healthy amount of tannins, which slowly transforms into subtle sweetness on the back of your palate. We recommend brewing with cooler temperature, 185 degrees F in succession of short steepings, for the perfect balance.
